Abstract should be submitted at the latest on February 1st, 2023

Abstract must be written and presented in English

Use a concise descriptive title that indicates the content of the abstract. Commercial trade names for drugs, devices, products and services may NOT be used in the title

First name, last name, Email, Country, Organization for each author must be provided.
Do not include degrees or titles

Abstracts should not exceed 400 words. Abstract that are not written in understandable English will be rejected and/or returned to the author(s) for revision. The body of the abstract text must be formatted with the following sub-headings as appropriate. Each sub-heading should begin on a new line, and followed by a colon and space (: ). The text for each sub-section should begin immediately after the colon and space.
Drugs, devices, products, and services should be identified by generic name only within the abstract. Data must be given in units (International metric system is preferred).

The format of the abstract shoulde be: Background, Objective, Methods, Results and Conclusions. Please see the example below:

If you have submitted a Video Presentation Abstract, please choose the topic “Surgery and Endoscopy Video”. Abstract for video presentation should be 200 – 300 words.

We will send you an email to guide how to submit video when your abstract is accepted.

Your video submission complies with the following:

• Duration of video: 7 minutes maximum

• Sound: All videos should be accompanied by a clear voice-over in English.

• Video quality: Videos should have a minimum definition of 720p (1080p preferred).

Please note that all abstract submitters should register for the conference. In case your abstract is rejected, you can cancel your registration free of charge.
